We're Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Salem (On-site)
Experience: 4–6 Years

Are you a driven sales professional with a proven track record in B2B business development? We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth across our ITES (Data Annotation), BPO, and Software/IT Services verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and close new business opportunities across multiple service lines
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Conduct client meetings, discovery calls, presentations, and negotiations
  • Prepare proposals, commercial documents, and pricing discussions
  • Manage and mentor the Business Development Executive (BDE) team
  • Develop and execute revenue-focused sales strategies
  • Maintain CRM discipline and provide regular sales reports

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development within ITES, BPO, Data Services, or IT Services
  • Proven ability to independently close deals and achieve revenue targets
  • Experience managing or mentoring sales teams
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent CRM and pipeline management capabilities

Preferred:

  • Experience in AI/Data Annotation or BPO industry
  • Exposure to international client acquisition (US, UK, Middle East, etc.)
  • Familiarity with digital lead generation and outbound sales tools

Are you an energetic and ambitious sales professional looking to accelerate your career in business development? We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) to support and drive business growth across our ITES (Data Annotation), BPO, and Software/IT Services verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, referrals, and networking
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by qualifying leads and scheduling client meetings
  • Conduct initial discovery calls and understand client requirements
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications with prospects
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and opportunities in CRM
  • Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and revenue targets

Requirements:

  •  1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition
  • Experience in IT Services, BPO, ITES, Data Annotation, or related industries is preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships and engage with prospective clients
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn

Preferred:

  • Exposure to B2B sales and client interaction
  • Experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation activities
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and digital sales tools
  • Understanding of international markets (US, UK, Middle East, etc.) is an added advantage
