We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our business growth initiatives in the IT & ITeS (Service-Based) sector. If you are passionate about building client relationships, driving sales strategies, and closing high-value deals, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make an impact.

 

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including enterprise-level clients.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering tailored IT/ITES solutions.

  • Develop and execute winning lead generation and sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

  • Demonstrate expertise in AI, BPO, KPO, SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Software Development solutions.

  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and implement refined sales approaches.

  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to client stakeholders.

  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts with clients.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams for smooth execution.

  • Track and report performance on CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

 

✅ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields (MBA is a plus).

  • 4+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management specifically in IT/ITES Service-Based companies.

  • Strong understanding of IT services like Cloud, Cybersecurity, SaaS, and Managed Services.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Proven track record in lead generation and deal closing.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

 

🎯 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling enterprise IT solutions or dealing with Fortune clients.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media-driven lead generation.

  • Relevant certifications in sales/business development.
