At IGIS, we’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth across our core verticals — ITES (Data Annotation), BPO, and Software/IT Services.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the entire sales cycle, manage the BDE team, and help build a scalable sales engine for the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Pipeline Ownership

  • Drive monthly & quarterly revenue targets
  • Build a strong, CRM-driven pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Identify and close new business opportunities across all verticals

Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Own multi-channel lead generation (outbound, digital, referrals)

Must Have

  • 4–6 years in B2B Sales (ITES/BPO/IT Services/Data Services)
  • Proven experience in independent deal closures
  • Experience managing or mentoring a sales team
  • Strong CRM & pipeline management skills
  • Confident in client-facing roles (presentations, negotiations)

 

Good to Have

  • Exposure to AI/Data Annotation or BPO industry
  • Experience with international clients (US/UK/Middle East)
