Business Development Executive (BDE) – Experienced

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with prior sales experience who can actively generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and contribute to business growth.

The role requires strong cold calling, lead qualification, and sales conversion abilities, along with the ability to manage client communication effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers through cold calling, outreach, and lead generation activities
  • Present company services and solutions to prospective clients
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate service offerings

Business Development Manager – Mid-Level

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across ITES (Data Annotation), BPO, and Software/IT service verticals.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing the complete sales cycle, building strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and leading a Business Development Executive (BDE) team to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets across business verticals
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM systems
  • Generate business through outbound sales, referrals, partnerships, and digital channels
  • Conduct client discovery calls, proposal discussions, presentations, and negotiations
  • Prepare proposals, commercial documents, and pricing discussions
  • Manage, mentor, and guide the BDE team
  • Monitor sales activities, follow-ups, meetings, and conversion metrics
  • Coordinate with operations and delivery teams for smooth onboarding and project handoff
  • Submit weekly sales reports and pipeline updates

  • Proven track record of independently closing business deals
  • Experience managing or mentoring a small sales team

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in AI/Data Annotation or BPO industry
  • Exposure to handling international clients (US, UK, Middle East, etc.)
  • Knowledge of outbound sales tools and digital lead generation strategies
