Reservation Agent Job Specification:

  • - Any Degree with good communication skill in English
  • - Hotel Management graduate
  • - Certified travel associate (CTA) or certified travel counsellor (CTC)
  • - Experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries.
  • - Customer service, BPO experience
  • - Flexible working hours
  • - Customer-service experience.
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Hindi is preferable.
